How to rescue your skin after the holidays.

Ate too much, drank too much and quite possibly did absolutely nothing except sleep on those days off and then… the breakout comes.

Don’t panic!

I’ve got you covered with these 3 simple steps.

How to rescue your skin after the holidays:

  1. Drink plenty of water. Remember that water is your best friend!

    Aim to drink approx. 35ml per kg of body weight per day. So if you’re 60kg, that's around 2.1L of water a day. Tip: have a 1 L water bottle with you and aim to finish the first one after lunch and then refill for the afternoon.

  2. Let the sun shine!

    A bit of sunshine on your skin will give you an antibacterial boost and allow your skin to breathe, aim for around 20 minutes early in the morning before it gets too hot!

  3. Cleanse with oil!

    Your skins natural oil production is likely to be out of whack from the extra stress, alcohol and coffee consumption that the holidays usually lead to. So, a good quality oil-based cleanser will help to balance your oil production and hydrate drier areas at the same time - magic!
